Service Packages

We have organized 2 different packages according to your needs so you are welcome to pick any of them as you like.

Silver Package Service

If you would like your apartment not to be visited and inspected regularly and prefer to have your bills paid, this package is for you

Service package included;
  • Payments of monthly electric bills
  • Payments of monthly water bills
  • Payment of taxes regularly
  • Insurance services
  • Payment of monthly phone and internet services
  • Payment of monthly maintenance charge
  • If requested, at the annual meeting of the complex, property owner will be represented.
  • You will receive a special card that will provide you 20% discount in certain shops and restaurant. List of the shops and restaurants will be given to you upon your agreement of the package.
  • Secure key holding; for maintenance, cleaning and inspecting of the property.
  • Keeping your mail box up to date. Depending on your choice mails will be kept in the property of to be delivered to your mail address in your home country.
  • If there is a tenant of guest, our service personal will meet them in the apartment and explain how to use the property. In this case we should be informed by the owner 24 hours prior to arrival of the guests.
  • Once in winter, property will be checked and you will receive detailed report.
  • If the is a maintenance service needed, property owner will be informed immediately about the defects or damages and our personal will follow up the procedure and fix the problem as requested with the best and lowest fee.
  • Silver service package annual fee is € 125

Platinum Package Service

If you like us to take care of everything about your apartment including inspecting in monthly bases and your bills to be paid, this package would be a perfect one for you;

Service package included;
  • Your apartment will be visited minimum 12 times in a year. It will be checked if the property is in proper condition exterior and interior. Doors, windows, curtain, drain pipes will be controlled. Leaks interiorly or externally will be checked. Each visit will take minimum 20 minutes check time. During the visit the property will be ventilated with fresh air. After each visit, an email conducting the condition of the property will be sent to you in the same day for your review. If there is a defect or leak property owner will be informed immediately.
  • If you inform us about your visit prior to your arrival, following services can be provided;
  • Cleaning of the property
  • Making the beds
  • Turning on the fridge hot water and AC’s if needed
  • Major house hold shopping on your behalf

  • When you arrive in your property our service man will meet you and show you the property if everything is checked and functional.

  • We will make sure your apartment is in good condition after your vacation and turning off the whole apartment.
  • All the services given in Silver package is included in Platinum package.

What do we do when we visit a property;
  • Checking water and electric meters and activate them if needed
  • Electric and water meters figures to be written on the monthly report
  • Before entering property we make sure there is nobody in the apartment
  • Checking electric fuses and water main valve if they are working
  • Keeping the windows open to ventilate the apartment minimum 20 minutes and fill up the property with fresh air.
  • Open water taps, turning on lights if they are working. If there is any lamp or tap broken, we make sure to fix them.
  • Toilet flash are being checked if they are properly working. And keeping away bad odor out of property if needed.
  • Throw out all garbage if there is any in the apartment in order to avoid unwanted smell
  • We check walls and ceilings if there is any cracks.
  • We check the drain in balconies. If drain is blocked and the balcony filled up with water we make sure to keep drain open and flow the water out of the balcony.
  • Keeping the fridge door open if electricity is off in property
  • We will take all furnitures in the property if there is any left in balcony. If there is any furniture not to be carried inside, home owner takes the responsibility in case any damage.
  • All the windows doors and shutters will be closed after inspecting the property
  • Water and electric meters will be turned off
  • All the damages or anything needed to be fixed, you will be notified.
  • We lock the door 3 times.
  • We check mailbox and if there is any mail we keep them in our office or mail them to your home country with your own cost.
  • After inspecting your home we make a list and report and email you in same day.
